US Robot Warehousing · Import + Customs Compliance
US warehouse inventory. Import paperwork handled.
Farhand Robotics operates US warehouse facilities that hold inventory of the commercial robots we work with and handle the import + customs side of bringing foreign-built robots into the US market. Ships from US stock — not 60–90 day transpacific lead times.
What we do
Inventory + customs infrastructure for the US robot channel.
01 · Physical inventory
Robot units held in US stock.
Brand partners ship units into our US facilities. Customers receive from US stock — same-day for nearby metros, 1–2 days nationwide — instead of waiting on transpacific freight.
02 · Import compliance
The paperwork that kills lead time.
HTS classification, customs broker coordination, FCC certification for wireless components, BABA / Buy American documentation, FDA filings for medical-adjacent units.
03 · Bonded warehousing
Defer duties until dispatch.
Units held in bond — duties fire on outbound to end customer, not on import. Useful for high-value SKUs and multi-state allocation decisions made post-clearance.
04 · Staging + drop-ship
Multi-site rollouts that land on the same day.
Multi-site customer rollouts get staged from our facilities so every unit arrives on the customer go-live day — instead of dribbling in over weeks from multiple overseas shipments.
Why this is the wedge
Foreign OEMs can't economically stand up US warehousing themselves.
Most of the leading commercial robot OEMs — especially the Chinese cleaning + delivery brands — can't justify the cost of standing up their own US warehousing, customs broker, and compliance ops. It's a real barrier to US market entry.
Farhand Robotics provides that infrastructure as part of the channel-partner relationship. For end customers, this collapses 90-day import wait times to "ships from US stock next week." For OEMs, it's the reason to formalize a US distribution agreement with us instead of one-off cross-border shipments to individual buyers.
For federal + public-sector procurement (DoD-adjacent, BABA-funded, federally-grant-funded), the compliance paperwork is often the gating constraint — not the robot itself. We carry that documentation work so buyers can write us into the SOW.

Robot OEMs
Entering the US market without standing up ops.
You build robots somewhere else. We hold US inventory, clear customs, file the FCC/BABA paperwork, and ship to end customers — all under one channel relationship. You stay focused on hardware; we are the US back office.

Buying a fleet without 90-day import lead time.
You need units on the floor in weeks, not quarters. We carry stock of the brands we work with — most orders ship from US stock within 1–2 weeks of PO, multi-site rollouts staged so every unit lands on your go-live day.

Infrastructure being stood up.
Initial US facility, customs broker relationship, and bonded warehousing capability are being built out — sized to handle a 50–200 unit rolling inventory across the brands we work with.
Roadmap: East Coast facility steady-state first, then a second West Coast facility for two-coast coverage. Talk to us if you are an OEM or large-fleet customer with a near-term need — we can scope around your timeline.
