How emergency repair works

Text or call — describe the fault. Include the robot brand, model, and any error code on screen.

Relay diagnoses from your description + (if connected) sensor data. 1 in 3 issues we resolve remotely — no on-site needed.

If we need to send someone: closest-hub dispatch. You get an ETA, a tech name, and the parts they're bringing.

Tech arrives. Fixes the robot. Loads the fix + sensor history into Farhand Relay so we have a record for next time.

You get an invoice with the actual time + parts. Warranty paperwork happens on our side — you're not chasing OEM RMAs.
Brands we service (in or out of warranty)
We carry parts inventory and technical depth for every brand we distribute. For brands outside our line card, we triage remotely and refer to the right OEM-authorized service partner.
