Robotics Consulting

Don't pick a robot. Pick the workflow first.

We scope your facility, pick across leading manufacturers and product lines vendor-neutral, model the ROI, and design the pilot. Then we deploy and service the result for the next eight years.

Three phases. 2–6 weeks total.

01

Workflow scoping

We walk your facility — talk to operators, map workflows, identify the 1–3 highest-ROI automation targets. Output: a ranked workflow list with rough ROI bands.

02

Brand + product selection

Vendor-neutral pick across leading manufacturers and product lines. We weigh: throughput fit, BABA compliance (if needed), supply chain risk, US support footprint, TCO, ecosystem fit.

03

Pilot design

Quote, timeline, success metrics, go/no-go criteria. If the pilot hits its numbers, we deploy at scale. If not, we de-scope or kill — no sunk-cost capture.

What we evaluate per brand

Throughput / payload fit
BABA / Buy American compliance
US support footprint
Total cost of ownership
Ecosystem + accessories
Software / WMS integration
Field-serviceability
Supply chain risk
Warranty terms
Deployment timeline
Pilot allocation (if humanoid)
Pricing flexibility (capex / lease / RaaS)

What you get at the end

A short scoping doc: ranked workflows, recommended brand + product, ROI model with payback period, pilot scope with timeline and success criteria, total landed cost across capex / lease / RaaS.

If we deploy: the same team that scoped the project owns the rollout, the training, and the lifetime service through Farhand Relay. No handoff between sales and ops — one team, one number to call, eight years of accountability.

If we don't deploy: you keep the scoping doc. It's vendor-neutral and useful even if you go elsewhere.
